MEDIA ADVISORY: Senate Finance meets tomorrow for advice and consent
|
STATE HOUSE – The Senate Finance Committee will meet tomorrow, Thursday, Jan. 9 at 5:30 p.m. in Room 211 of the State House to consider the appointment of Mark Turco, MD as president and chief executive officer of the Rhode Island Life Sciences Hub for a term expiring January 15, 2028.
The committee is chaired by Sen. Louis P. DiPalma (D-Dist. 12, Middletown, Little Compton, Newport, Tiverton).
Written testimony must be submitted prior to 4:30 PM on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, in order for it to be provided to the members of the committee at the hearing and to be included in the meeting records.
The meeting will be televised by Capitol Television on: Cox Communications, channels 15 and 61 for high definition; i3Broadband (Formerly Full Channel) on 15; and Verizon, on channel 34.
